Mark Kirk: BP Should Be Responsible For Oil Spill Damages

We need to have BP held responsible - and what are "legitimate claims" and "reasonable damages" will likely take years - if not decades - to settle. Hopefully, there will be a mechanism for the fishermen and other industry devastated by this tragedy to be able to survive in the coming months.
