Amo was minorly injured in the accident and was in the hospital under police surveillance until he checked out Saturday. He was taken to a police station immediately upon being discharged. Openly obsessed with speeding, Amo was allegedly driving twice the speed limit around a tight curve Wednesday when his eight-carriage train derailed and smashed into a nearby wall.  Although he has refused to answer questions, a judge is expected to interview him on Sunday. 'Scores' Killed in Egypt The turmoil in Egypt continued overnight on Friday and into Saturday as more people were injured and killed in ongoing protests. Doctors in Cairo say over 100 protesters supporting ousted President Morsi were killed in the city and that over 1,500 were hurt. The state health ministry disputes the numbers, putting the death toll at 38. Protests were held by both sides overnight, with the anti-Morsi side in Tahrir Square and tens of thousands of pro-Morsi activists staging a sit-in at a mosque. The interior minister vowed to end the protests on Saturday through legal means, although nothing has happened as yet. Read it at BBC All In 5. Anthony Weiner Will Not Pull Out Anthony Weiner took the mic for the second time this week to make it crystal clear that he is still very much in the race for New York City mayor. Though reporters continued to ask questions about Sydney Leathers and Carlos Danger, Weiner kept his cool. While he called the questions valid, he said "I'm going to have to hope that sooner or later we're going to have to get back to issues people care about.
