BREAKING NEWS: EU Officials Say Second Greek Bailout Deal Reached

Eurozone officials say they have reached an agreement for a second bailout of Greece which includes new financing of 130 billion euros and which will force private bondholders to take larger losses than expected. The agreement is expected to reduce the debt of Greece by about 100 billion euros.
