iPhone 4 Recall Is 'Inevitable,' 'Critical,' Say PR Experts

Apple is facing its first real quality crisis - it will be interesting to see how they respond. From a PR perspective and from a brand image standpoint, a recall and a fix would be the best solution. However, if the design flaw can't be fixed, then they are looking at a redesign and replacement of millions of phones. Will be interesting to watch....Steve, line 1!
