We have an awesome responsibility to ourselves.

We are the food we eat. Our bodies are borrowed from the earth upon which we sit and the choices we make in building our body has a lot to do with our happiness and success throughout life. There are so many factors that depend on the amount and quality of foods we use as building material for the one and only body we build from a divine creation caused when two people who we call parents decided to put a little of their material into a mix called us.

After the mix, which you can now call yourself, reaches a certain age, this mix begins to make choices of its own. It is these very important choices that has gotten you to where are are today. Take a look in the mirror and see just how well you have learned the lesson of building a human body from a divine gift given to you through an act of love.

If you haven’t learned about diet and exercise before now, it is time to begin. By the way, one day and it might be soon, we all will be asked to return all of the elements we borrowed from the earth. Hmmm wonder what the call what is left? Soul maybe???
