- Retire those ugly, comfortable shoes.
- Quit smoking.
- Get new glasses.
- Go get your hearing checked.
- Practice smiling when you talk.
- Learn how to text.
- Send fewer text messages.
- Don’t sleep with your mobile phone.
- Walk during lunch.
- Quit mumbling.
- Address your ongoing anxiety and depression.
