a. All leaders must have accountability. This is very important, if leaders are not help accountable they may make bad decisions. They must also be brave and step forward in something that they want to accomplish. If you don’t move forward you will get nowhere. People always seem to be afraid of doing things out of the fear of failure. I always say, if you don’t try you definitely will not make it there, so you need to at least attempt to get to where you want. With this, you can tell a close friend or family member, and they can help to keep you accountable along the way. You want this person to be some that you can always trust.
