a. Why do we struggle to be authentic? We actually create personas for ourselves, which is a front that we put on. I have never heard of the inner “gremlin”, but I have always just thought of it as insecurities. We do not need to believe these things though. You really need to know yourself, and to do that you must pay attention. You also have to transform your fear; this is something that I really struggle with. Once we recognize them, it helped us to overcome them. Living your authentic life and putting it into action. This seems like a great book for anyone to read, so that they will be encouraged to practice these things. This is important in work and relationships, we must be authentic. How can being authentic translate into success? You must admit those fears to yourself, and then it helps you to get through it.
