Sony Brings New Twist to Crowded Android Tablet Space
Sony is the latest company to jump into the tablet race. The company's first two offerings, codenamed "S1" and "S2", run the Android "Honeycomb" operating system. The S1 features a 9.4-inch display and, unlike anything currently on the market, has a shape mimicking that of a pad of paper with a few sheets folded over--a wedge of sorts. And the S2 is a clamshell design that opens to reveal two 5.5-inch displays that can operate together for a large view or independently.
