This describes the current traffic situation in Bangkok, the major traffic problems and the best solutions.

As everyone knows, the streets of Bangkok are a mess, and even more what is going on, on the streets. There is always traffic where ever you go, whether you want to go to work in the morning, go home after work, or go out on the weekend, you’re always going to be stuck in traffic or at a never changing traffic light.

Angkor Wat

It was first found by a Portuguese missionary at the end of 16th century. He reported his discovery to his superiors. He told them about an incredible deserted city, deep in dense jungle in Indo China. In his report he said that he had seen ruined palaces, halls and temples of surprising size and beauty but nobody believed him. His story was regarded as no more than an imaginary tale. Read more.

Mr. Daeng lived in Thailand. One day, in 1880, he went to the market. He came to a Chinese rattan shop. In the shop he saw some rattan balls about 12 cm. across. He asked the shopkeeper what they were. “They’re just toys”, said the Chinese. “They’re called takraw. Mr. Daeng brought some takraw balls, and took them home. He was very interested in sports. At his home he invented a new game, using these rattan balls. He called the game after them, takraw. Read more.
