SNAKE EYES
They're still promising gamblers free rooms at the former crown jewel of Donald Trump's casino empire. Talk about a sucker's bet: The towers there are already being shut down. Olivia Nuzzi watches the final death rattle of Atlantic City's Taj Mahal, as Trump boasts that he took his cash and bolted.
A JIHADI VISION
You can't say 'just say no' to the so-called caliphate if you want to win back its converts and ward off new ones. Jamie Dettmer on the recruiting tactics that have won over at least 15,000 foreign jihadis. The military war may be making strides, he writes, but America is losing the information war.
VEILS ARE THE NEW ORANGE
The prison wedding business is a booming offshoot of the massive bridal industry—but no one wants to plan Mrs. Manson's big day. Caitlin Dickson investigates how to plan a jailhouse wedding and finds that nuptials for the incarcerated look nothing like the fairy tales you see on TV.
SHAMEFUL

Egyptian security forces arrested 25 men during a raid on a Cairo bath house on Sunday. Arresting the men on suspicion of homosexual activities, the police dragged them into the street naked. Egypt does not have a law explicitly banning homosexual relations, but has prosecuted gay men on charges of "debauchery" or "shameless public acts." In April, four men were each sentenced to eight years in prison for holding parties that involved "homosexual acts and where women's clothing and makeup were found," according to the AP. Just last month, eight men were sentenced to three years in prison for appearing in a same-sex wedding party on a boat in the Nile.

REPAIRING TRUST
New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman wants to investigate all police killings of unarmed civilians. Schneiderman asked Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Monday to approve state-led probes and prosecutions of police. In a letter to the governor, Schneiderman said the investigation is needed to address a "crisis in confidence" in New York's criminal-justice system. The proposed probe comes days after a Staten Island grand jury decided not to indict the officer who killed Eric Garner in a lethal chokehold, sparking a wave of protests throughout the country.
