Australia Spots Two Objects in the Hunt for MH370 Two large objects that might be debris from Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 were spotted in the Indian Ocean off Australia's west coast late Wednesday. Aircraft and ships from several nations have headed to the region. The battalion includes a dozen Malaysian ships, a U.S. Poseidon patrol aircraft, and an Australian warship. Ukraine Navy Commander Released The commander of Ukraine's navy, Rear Adm. Sergei Haiduk, as well as a number of civilians have been freed, according to Ukraine's acting president, Oleksandr Turchynocv. They had been held at the country's navy base in Sevastopol, which was seized by Russian forces and local Crimean militia. Jeffrey A. Sinclair pleaded guilty and begged a military judge to allow him to retire at reduced rank so that his family could collect military benefits. Sinclair was being sentenced for adultery, mistreating a female captain beneath his rank, inappropriate relationships with two other female officers, obstructing an investigation, and using his government charge card for the affair. As part of a plea agreement, charges regarding sexual assault and death threats were dropped. The Army prosecutor pointed out to the judge that Sinclair's concern for his family was new-found, given his behavior with younger female officers even while he was on home leave.
