I have some lavender in my garden. (My very sad, sad garden.)

Growing up, the smell made me gag. Especially heavy lavender with other floral notes. But then I turned 30 and I sorta liked it.

I really like it in chocolate, by the way.

Now the smell of lavender reminds me of people with money and wealth.

Is that weird? Because it used to remind me of old people before I got a little old.

(Dammit.)

Anyway, I think lavender is like cilantro: you either love it or hate it. Where do you fall?
