GUNNED DOWN Former Navy SEAL and best-selling American Sniper author Chris Kyle was shot dead at a shooting range in Texas late Saturday night, according to police reports. The blast was the third major attack in weeks in or around the disputed multiethnic city at the heart of the conflict between Iraq’s central government and the autonomous Kurdistan region. COMEBACK?
