At least one of the casualties is believed to be a person on the ground while the other was in the helicopter. Obama to Unveil Gun Laws President Obama is set to reveal a sweeping package of gun-reform measures on Wednesday, including a proposed ban on assault weapons and higher-capacity magazines, as well as universal background checks.
