Futures slip after China trade data
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock index futures edged lower on Monday as economic data in China gave investors reason to pause after a three-day rally.
Youku to buy Tudou, creating China online video giant
SHANGHAI (Reuters) - China's top two online video companies are joining forces, with Youku.com buying smaller rival Tudou Holdings Ltd in an all-stock deal worth over $1 billion, creating an industry leader with more than a one third share of a market that is losing money as it battles rising costs.
PepsiCo shakes up global structure
(Reuters) - PepsiCo Inc said it was taking the "essential" step of changing its global structure by creating the new job of president to integrate its sprawling operations worldwide, and was bringing back a former executive to head its food and snacks business in the Americas.
