BREAKING NEWS: Stocks, Commodities Soar; Dow Up 220

Wall Street is sharply higher in early trading, led by big gains in industrial, energy and basic material shares. Oil prices are up more than 3%, while the euro is rallying close to 1%. The Dow is up 220 points, or 1.9%, while the broader S&P 500 and Nasdaq are each more than 2% higher.
