BREAKING NEWS: Pending Home Sales Leap to Highest Level in 19 Months

The number of Americans signing contracts to buy existing single-family homes rose 7.3% in November from October to the highest level in more than a year and a half, according to the National Association of Realtors. Stocks added to gains on the report.
