Here, Hear - let's just hope he hears! All of us in Louisiana get it - and we're apparently going to continue to "get it" for months and years to come - thanks BP! Time for the adults to take over - bring in the military and the world's foremost scientists and other experts to help fix this thing and help figure-out how the heck to get this muck of oil and dispersants out of our marshes. People's lives and livelihoods - indeed a whole region - depend on it.

Hey - so this is why BP wants to dispute all the reputable scientific estimates that have the rate of the spill far higher than their 5,000 barrel a day estimate.

No matter how many billions and billions they do end up paying (and politically, our leaders have to find a way to make BP pay), no amount of money can bring back the destroyed ecosystem and destroyed livelihoods that have been caused by their negligence in this oil spill.
