BREAKING NEWS: Wall Street Hits Holiday Week Home Run

The blue chips closed out a jolly trading week on a high note, zooming 124 points, or 1%, higher on the day as traders grew more optimistic about the U.S. economic landscape. For the week, the Dow jumped 3.6%, while the broader S&P 500 rallied 3.7%.
