BREAKING NEWS: Fitch Affirms ‘AAA’ Rating on United States

Fitch Ratings on Tuesday affirmed the United States at 'AAA' with a stable outlook. The ratings firm said the "key pillars of (the) U.S.'s exceptional creditworthiness remain intact." Stock futures are still pointing to a lower open, but the losses were cut after the news was released.
