In response to When Harvard Fails its Students:

The article was very strange on some level. If someone enters a college with a very serious mental illness such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, it boggles my mind that they expect "student health' to take care of their psychiatric issues. It would be like someone with a chronic medical disorder like lupus or diabetes expecting that student health take care of their medical issues. It makes no sense.

In response to When Harvard Fails its Students:

Quote: "This is not a social service agency," says Barreira Amazingly dismissive of student needs. HHS needs to post a disclaimer to students: "We are not an accredited medical service provider. Enter at your own risk!" Harvard admin really need to get a life. At the least this student should have been referred to competent medical care! !
