The idea of a supercut of movie characters breaking the fourth wall might seem kind of boring—we all know that's a thing that happens, right?—but it's the beginning-to-end witty editing that makes this one from Leigh Singer and Press Play really work.

After all, there are all sorts of reasons to have characters break the fourth wall. To narrate, to ingratiate themselves with the audience, to manage audience expectations, even to make fun of the audience. (Those suckers.) And all of those are riffed on here. In the end, I promise this is something that even you—yes, you—will enjoy.
