A judge in Florida ruled Friday that a mother was insane when she drove her three children into the ocean off Daytona Beach earlier this year. As a result, Ebony Wilkerson was found not guilty by reason of insanity on three counts of child abuse. Prosecutors dropped three attempted-murder charges against her.
