In New York on Wednesday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani offered to help the West fight terrorism, but only on Iran's terms and if a deal could be reached on its nuclear program. Josh Rogin and Eli Lake report on how Tehran could start by giving up the al Qaeda leaders it's harboring.

Early Thursday morning, U.S.-led airstrikes in Syria hit an oil installation held by ISIS. The move is not only part of an attempt to push the group back, but also to hit one of its main sources of cash. The strikes also killed at least 14 militants, as well as five people who were likely the wives and children of militants, and prompted the jihadis to release 150 detainees from their capital, Raqqa, in fear of more strikes.

IN CUSTODY

Jesse Leroy Matthew Jr., the 32-year-old main suspect in the case of the missing University of Virginia student, has been captured and placed in custody in Galveston, Texas. Charlottesville police are now working on getting him extradited to Virginia. Police say they believe he was the last person seen with Hannah Graham, the still-missing 18-year-old sophomore.
