HOUSE DIVIDED

The Iraqi army may have been unable so far to stop the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham, but a mysterious Twitter account might succeed. Jacob Siegel reports on the tweets coming from inside ISIS that have been disclosing the group's intimate details.

OH NO!

Is the pope sick or worse? Francis canceled all July audiences and daily Mass. Barbie Latza Nadeau reports the pontiff has been noticeably tired in recent weeks, and speculation swirls that whatever ails him may not be easily hidden.

'CONFUSING TIME'

U.S. Special Operations forces have captured one of the suspected ringleaders of the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, but Hillary Clinton says there's still "a lot we don't know" about what transpired on September 11, 2012. Japan's legislative body on Wednesday passed a law banning the possession of child pornography. However, the law excludes the depiction of sexual acts with children in "manga" comic books, anime, and video games. Apparently the publishers believed such a ban would violate their right to free speech. The law outlines a prison sentence of up to one year and fines of $9,800 for an offender. It will also have a year-long grace period for people to dispose of the offending materials. Japan is a major center for both the production, distribution, and consumption of child pornography.
