Attorney General Eric Holder is taking all the heat for the Justice Department's seizure of phone records at the Associated Press. But Holder recused himself from that investigation a long time ago. Instead, it was the deliciously named, hard-charging federal prosecutor Jonathan Malis who helped to order up the subpoenas.
