CHEAT SHEET
MUST READS FROM ALL OVER

PRIMARY COLORS
1. Huntsman the 2012 Dark Horse

It's so crazy, it just might work. Jon Huntsman is set to officially
announce his run for the presidency today in sight of the Statue of
Liberty, where the Gipper kicked off his fall campaign in 1980. Given
Huntsman's credentials as a center-right conservative with executive
experience and pro-business inclinations, Obama's former ambassador to
China may be less of a long shot for the GOP nomination than many think,
says The Daily Beast's John Avlon.

2. Obama to Announce Afghan Drawdown

President Obama is set to address the nation about Afghanistan on
Wednesday, and a White House official tells The Hill that he'll announce
the number of troops he'll begin withdrawing in July. He'll also put
forward a schedule for bringing the rest of the troops home. Currently,
100,000 American troops are stationed in Afghanistan. The Washington
Post says Obama is still figuring out the exact number to withdraw in
July.

3. Libya: NATO Strike Kills 19 Civilians

The Libyan government is accusing NATO of killing 19 civilians after an
air strike on the home of one of Muammar Gaddafi's top officials.
Officials took reporters to the home and nearby hospital, where they
were shown nine bodies including two children's bodies. They were also
shown body parts. The official, Khouildi Hamidi, a member of Libya's
Revolutionary Command Council, survived the alleged attack; several of
his family members are reportedly among the dead. The accusation comes
after NATO admitted Sunday for the first time that one of its strikes
had killed civilians.

NOT BACKING DOWN
4. Plaintiffs: Walmart Case Not Over

The plaintiffs in the discrimination case against Walmart say they are
not giving up their fight against the retail giant, despite suffering a
major loss Monday. The Supreme Court ruled 1.5 million female former
employees did not have enough in common for a class-action lawsuit. But
the decision did not specifically say anything about the case's merits,
giving plaintiffs hope to pursue further litigation. "Instead of one
case, this case will be splintered into many pieces... So we could end
up with some cases framed store by store, or region by region," said
Jeffrey Sellers, a lawyer for the plaintiffs. The case has been viewed
as groundbreaking for the business community and could set a whole new
precedent for workers' rights.

5. Russian Plane Crash Kills 44

A Russian passenger plane crashed Monday night, killing 44 people and
injuring eight after it attempted to land in heavy fog. The plane hit a
power line and crashed into a road about 700 meters short of the runway
of Besovets airport near Petrozavodsk, in Russia's northwest. The plane
also hit a car on the road before breaking into pieces. The plane was
made by Tupolev, the same company that made the plane that killed the
Polish president in a crash in 2010. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev
criticized Russian planes for their poor safety records in April.
