I really like Matthew's report on How The Might Fall. It seems to be like a pretty interesting read. I think the most important thing and the reason why most people fail is Arrogant Neglect like Matthew stated. In the presentation Matthew brings up a word named hubris which is defined as excessive pride that brings down a hero. Pride is a terrible thing and it doesn't work well in a company. Great job on the report!
