Microsoft files a formal complaint with European antitrust regulators accusing arch-rival Google of using anti-competitive practices to protect its monopoly on the European search market. The complaint is somewhat ironic, given the EC's previous aggressive pursuit of Microsoft for similar reasons related to Internet Explorer.
