OK, brace yourself for this one. American Airlines has announced that it will introduce a pilot program to "speed" customer service by having its passengers at Boston's Logan Airport tag their own checked baggage at check-in. Hmmmm....my guess is that this will be coming to your airport within a year - and that they won't be waiving the checked baggage fee either! Watch the NBC Nightly News story on it below:
