Unbelievable - Apple, for all its fantastic products that people love, seems to be doing everything it can to be a company that people don't like. Do the right thing - get a film crew, get Steve, and have him hand-deliver an iPad to this woman by the time the Today show comes on tomorrow morning. For a company that usually has its ear to the virtual ground, this should be seen as a chance to have a great service recovery - rather than a PR nightmare!
