They're installing software on their truckers' cell phones that goes into action when the phone is in a rig moving faster than 5 mph. The app then diverts all calls to voicemail and withholds text messages until the truck is no longer in motion. The software also prevents outgoing calls except to 911 and other authorized numbers.
