Revealed: Green Tea, there’s the good and there’s the bad

++++++++++++++++++++++

You’ve all heard of the wonders of Green Tea and its immense health benefits. Coming from a Chinese background and knowing about the history of Asians using it for both medical and beauty remedies, I couldn’t agree more! Being an avid Green Tea drinker, I’ve also experienced the amazing results myself.
So that I’m not hogging all of the secrets myself, I want to let you all in on why Green Tea is so revered throughout the world.

Stay youthful

Believe it or not the way it is processed ensures it attains its maximum benefits. Since Green Tea is the least processed it allows it to have the most antioxidants. Now, you always hear about so many beauty products containing antioxidants and how it’s immensely good for your skin. Well, essentially it helps fight free radicals in your body, so antioxidants help prevent and repair damage that these free radicals cause to the skin, hence, serving as an anti-aging mechanism. Imagine that! It’s such an affordable and easy-in-reach beauty product.

You can soak the Green Tea in about 500ml of water and put the liquid in a spritzer after it’s cooled down, just simply spray on a tired and strained face to freshen it up. It’s especially useful, as there’s now hardly an escape from the pollution etc that dries up the skin.
