Before she became the de facto head of the Los Angeles Clippers, Donald Sterling's wife Rochelle was accused of posing as a health inspector to "intimidate African-American and Latino tenants," Michael Daly reports. If Mrs. Sterling wants to attend more playoff games—or even hold on to the team—she needs to explain her role in her husband's effort to push out minority tenants.
SEQUEL
The lawyer suing X-Men director Bryan Singer and other powerful Hollywood figures for alleged sexual assault says "dozens and dozens and dozens of victims" are alleging abuse by other "big names," Tim Teeman exclusively reports. simple request

Russia wants Ukraine to just hand over the eastern part of the country. As pro-Russian separatists gain ground in the embattled region, Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested the Ukrainian government should withdraw its troops. Putin told German Chancellor Angela Merkel Thursday that "it was imperative today to withdraw all military units from the southeastern regions," and requested a "broad national dialogue" to issue reforms to the country's constitution.

CRACK DOWN

The Education Department announced Thursday it will release the names of the 55 colleges and universities facing investigation by the federal government for how they handle sexual assault cases on campus. The list includes Ohio State, Arizona State, Swarthmore College, Catholic University, Harvard, Princeton, and Dartmouth among others. The investigations fall under the federal Title IX statute, which forbids gender discrimination at schools that receive federal money. One in five female students is assaulted, according to a recent White House report.

RESISTANCE IS FUTILE
